We are one of the premier driving ranges in the United States and were in need of a major overhaul on our ball delivery system. We have 3 floors with 80 stations that is open year round with over 12 million balls hit annually. Our old system did not function at the level that we needed with the volume of golfers that we have. We were very comfortable with RAS when they came out to look at our system in detail. The new system was installed while we were open for business and was very timely. Their customer service and support is top notch and could not have asked for anything more. The customer support has truly blown me away. With the new system, we never run out of balls for our customers. The customer feedback has been overwhelming with all positive feedback. On top of the performance of the new conveyors and system, we have been able to cut over $40,000 a year on staff cost as the system is much more efficient. We will certainly look at working with them again in the future!
