“We’re excited to finally welcome guests to Great Shots,” general manager Jonathan Buckley said in a statement.

GreatShots Technology
Each bay can hold up to 10 people. Guests will use real golf clubs and hit real golf balls delivered at will, via the DR1600 RollOut Dispenser. They can hit out to a 250-yard-long-by-90-yard-wide artificial turf field. Using radar-based tech, golfers are able to track their shots. This includes club-head speed, exit velocity and distance. Through GreatShots software’s game mode, players have several options to turn their golf experience into an interactive video game.
“GreatShots fulfills one of the missions of the Sanford Sports Complex. Providing a place with activities the entire family can enjoy,” said Kevin Lampe, president of Sanford Sports. “It is a dynamic addition to the entire region that will provide entertainment year-round.”
GreatShots offers walk-in options and memberships, as well as space for meetings and parties. Through a partnership with GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness, those members will receive half off bay rental. To book a private party or event, call 605-312-7950 or visit Greatshots.golf.
