With a storage capacity of 1,600 balls (Slim Type) or 1,900 (Standard Type) your customers can go directly to the bay to start their gaming or practice session. Simply wave any club in front of the ball sensor and it will dispense one golf ball at a time. The dispenser allows your range to sell time and/or balls and can be integrated with several popular booking, POS, and golf ball tracking systems.

Recently we combined the DR1600 together with the EZ-Shot to create the new EZ-Bay System.  Install the DR1600 Automated Golf Ball Dispenser next to the EZ-Shot Auto Tee to get the most out of our affordable automation. To activate, your customer simply waves their club in front of the sensor, dispensing one golf ball.

Simply roll that ball over the EZ-Shot Tee which will tee it up automatically! The EZ-Bay System can also easily be integrated with TopTracer® for an interactive experience.

EZ-Shot Auto Tee System

The EZ-Shot Golf Auto Tee System is an affordable, easy-to-install machine that will dramatically upgrade your driving range facility. At only 150mm/5.9″ in-depth it is one of the smallest auto tees on the market today.  The Auto Tee mechanism sits flush with the hitting surface until the customer rolls a ball over the tee. Once the optical sensor detects a golf ball, it will lift the ball to the desired height (up to 63mm/2.5inches).

Each ball will be automatically raised to the same height as the previous ball unless changed on the control pad.  A large LCD screen displays information such as Balls/Time remaining and Tee height/Bay number. To adjust the ball height, simply use a golf club to tap the large up and down buttons.

Additionally, because balls are automatically teed up, the need to bend over to tee every shot is eliminated. The EZ-Bay Auto System is a great upgrade that your customers will appreciate and return to time and time again.

ES ONE SEMI AUTOMATED GOLF SYSTEM

Our ES One Semi Automated golf tee-up system offers all of the advantages of the auto-tee, but in a very affordable package. These systems are filled manually by the customer either from a golf ball dispenser or through counter sales. Once the hopper is filled, the machine will tee the balls until empty. Fully adjustable from 0-63mm/2.5inches and a tee cycle time of 4 seconds. The hopper will hold up to 200 balls and the systems can be operated from the front desk control system.

Managing a large volume of golf balls requires experts.  We know the requirements to clean, store and deliver golf balls in the most efficient way possible. We also specialize in custom equipment integrations that not only maximize revenue, but also decrease labor costs.

Soak, Clean, Dry, Store.

Although every range is unique, above is an example of a standard Motor Room. To begin the process, the range balls are placed in the Golf Ball Soak Tank. Next, they are lifted via a variable speed all weather belt, where they enter the industry exclusive combination Washer/Dryer.

The clean and dry range balls are then fed into Elevator #1. This lifts them up and into the storage box. Each box is made to the ranges specifications( dependent on range size and golf ball volume ). The storage box holds the range balls until they are ready to be lifted by elevator #2 up into the horizontal conveyor.  This conveyor feeds the entire range. Once filled, it returns the extra balls to the stock box to get ready for the next cycle.
